Is there any particular reason for us not being able to make pickled pumpkin? My grandparents used to make that, but it might be a thing local to Scandinavia? Not sure about the rest of the world tbh.

My assumption is because it's a fruit, it goes into the keg for juice, instead of vegetables that get pickled.
