Naga, Nagalita, and Put Put are invisible but can still be interacted with in the Merfolk kingdom. I noticed while swimming past an area the "talk" inteaction popped up and got these screens. I don't have a screenshot for Put Put, but I got them near the rancher and the big arena. I have been unable to find Nagalita yet.

I believe I have the same issue. I haven't been able to find any of the three yet. It's been like that at least since the middle of December.
