I placed my auto collector in my underwater farm, and in a different spot inside farm before it glitched and moved inside my auto petter and temperature machine. Now, I can't even click on it access it, nor hit it or any other machine with my pickaxe to put them back in my inventory.

Try interacting with the spot where you placed the machine not where it appears visibly. That is a work around that works for me
