Screen red and flashing when I try to open my save. Completely unplayable.

Reproduction Steps: I open the game and click on my game. As soon as the it opens it does this. The main/title screen is fine.
Repro rate: Every time I try to play.
Game Platform: Steam on laptop
Game Version: v1.1b-1233
Input mode: Not sure what this means? Keyboard and track pad?

it's been a while, but I do think I had passed out

Just confirmed that my energy bar is low at 6 am so I did in fact pass out before this happened.

The team is aware of this issue. We're actively working on a fix and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible! However, if you'd like to continue playing, we recommend using a backup save from before the issue occurred and avoiding passing out for the time being. Thank you for understanding!

You can follow these steps when you want to try using a backup:

• Go to Settings in the game menu.
• Change "Show Backup" to "Yes".
• Return to the save list on the main menu.
• Toggle on "Show Backup" at the bottom left corner of your screen.
• Select the backup save file from the list.

I found a workaround! This happens to me a fair bit, (bad habit of letting myself pass out and not making it to bed) and it happens every time I pass out without fail. If you dash into your house first thing, your screen will go back to normal and you can continue.

My dash is set to spacebar, I'm using keyboard and mouse.
