Hello, I kinda saw Axelle again with a new savefile I started.
And I don't know if it is just me but If he was available one day I would totaly go for him :x

Will he be available one day or is it conformed he won't be a romance option?

No. Not officially, anyway. But there will almost certainly be mods for him one day.
The devs have confirmed their final romance lineup a couple years ago
