No Sound

Hello, I have had this problem for awhile now, NO SOUND AT ALL.

I haven't played Coral Island since I commented in another player's bug report, her 'no sound' is resolved, but mine persists.

I checked the files validity, uninstalled and installed back, deleted all save files and make a new one, but it solves nothing.

There is no sound starting from opening Coral Island home screen and gameplay throughout.

Please help, thank you.

Hi @amber bay , do you remember if you previously changed any in-game Settings before the issue occurred?

Along with that, do you happen to have a video of the issue? We need to see and hear when there's no sound in your gameplay and also the details of your in-game Music Settings. If you're able to record the details, it will help us look further into the issue!

I don't think I did, and since I uninstalled it once, it should have returned to default settings, no ?

Do I need to record the gameplay too ? It's the same no sound though

I see, thank you for sending in the videos. Have you tried verifying your file integrity through Stam? You can do so by right-clicking the game on Steam Library > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files

Along with that, could you also share your PC audio settings? It'll help us look further into the issue. Thank you

I already did, tried verifying before uninstalling after finding it didn't work, I'll take a pict of of the audio settings as soon as I am able, thanks

I don't have any sound problems with any other steam games, so it really is just Coral Island

Hi, I just tried the new updates, still no sound though, and when I tried updating the Audio Drivers, it said the best drivers are already installed.

Any other ideas ?

Could you take a screenshot of your App volume and device preferences while opening Coral Island? Just like the one you sent before, but after opening Coral Island 😉

Good news! As it turns out, in the App volume and device preferences, the Coral Island volume was 0 out of 100, sliding it to maximum fix it like a charm!
