experienced another crash today which saddens me happened when i was in the Savannah mines i was at least 160 deep into it and it was winter but i don't recall the day, i do have screenshots, and i can get crashreports as well if needed

Its not the same issue, i've already finished all those quests, its just a random visit to the Savannah Caves that somehow caused my game to crash
