Wasabi smoothie issue

Reproduction Steps : I've tried to make wasabi paste 3 times. It says I made it but then in my inventory these is only green smoothies.
Repro Rate : 3 times in a row now.
Game Platform : Steam
Game Version : v1.1b-1233
Input Mode : Controller

Hi @fading warren , good news! We have finally fixed this issue in the latest Steam hotfix update v1.1b-1234

According to patch, the achievements got fixed, but all I needed was my scarecrows to do the DIY Master and the achievement didn't pop when I finished. I do have every item I crafted, in order, in boxes, so I can share a video as proof if needed.

Oh I see 😲 We have received similar reports regarding this issue. The issue wasn't replicable on our end and we were able to successfully trigger the achievement 🤔

Is the video of showing each chest with the crafted items ok? They should be in the same order as the in game crafting menu.
