#Greenhouse crops outdoors

So, this is extremely odd, but for a while now, crops that have reached full maturity inside my greenhouse have been appearing outside of it on my farm. The game treats them like I had a full inventory when I went to harvest them(they're just lying around outside of my greenhouse). I've Aldo had hay appear this way too
