Yuri my wife when she makes breakfast she will constantly say hey hun I made you breakfast instead of having a normal conversation with me. thats what she says even if I give her a gift. also Im on year 3 almost on year 4 and I get many visual glitches. its like a green untextured part of the map and itll randomly happen anywhere in the map. Ill try to show a video here shortly.

After confirming with the team, your spouse will only give you a gift if they have a "gift" icon on top of their head. So the breakfast dialogue isn't a bug, it is just a normal dialogue 😄

I only switched to ultra wide like a little before I changed to winter season
