Like the title said, I was going to the Cherry Blossom Festival and Millie gave me her speech where she introduce herself and her work. Nobody has the same problem, I even had the delegation from the sea present.
I'm playing on Steam with an X-box controller (much better on the tv I dare say). It's the latest version of the game (1.1b something), and I don't play on multiplayer.
I'll try to check on her poor memory next festival !
