They are shown in the store of the Empty Cabin/Concernedape, which would mean that I have fulfilled they requirements, but they are out of stock. And I don't seem to have bought them before, otherwise they would show up in my crafting menu. Is this more of a bug, or do I have to do something else?
For example I do have the Mermaid Blessing thing to unlock the Mermaid Scarecrow (checked the wiki), but can't buy it.
