Reproduction Steps (Eat a stamina fruit for completing monster parts offering to Goddess)
Repro Rate (just once so far, haven't tried it again)
Game Platform (Steam)
Game Version (v1.1b-1233)
Input Mode (Keyboard and mouse, tried controller, also doesn't work now)

Hello @fringe flint Thank you for your report. By any chance, did you activate the Steam Recording feature or have any video of when the issue happen?

Unfortunately no, I have never used that.

I'm not even sure how to record a video, I would have to look up the instructions.

I had the same issue. I ate the stamina fruit received for donating 200 items, couldn't move after that. I tried to switch to kb+m input but that didn't help.

Same issue here with a different Stamina Fruit
When purchasing the Stamina Fruit in the Community Center, the animation plays, the fruit is eaten, then a "poof", but nothing after that animation-wise. I can use dash, open inventory and other menus, but WASD no longer moves my character.
On PC - Steam.
