**Reproduction Steps **: When I try to put anything in a chest, or the shipping bin it turns it into a purple sea urchin. It's always a purple sea urchin. And I can't properly use my first slot. I also notice it says I'm picking up 2-3x the amount of something from a machine. Like 20 scrap in Recycle Machine is giving me "60" but it doesn't actually give me 60.
Repro Rate : Every time, tried reloading save and restarting day still happening

Additional Details - Just found I basiclaly have 3 invisible slots on my second bar that I can't interact with at all.
Okay I think I was able to fix this by grabbing a stone and opening my inventory and swapping the item with the invisible item. This made the invisible item reappear. I cant do anything with the invisible item like ship it, so I just deleted them. Inventory seems to be working fine now, fingers crossed.
The dehydrator seems to be what's triggering this to happen.
