Chaem heart event won't trigger

I have tried numerous times over an in-game year and this event will not trigger for anything. If there is a way to provide you with my PC Xbox save, please let me know!

Well apparently you are my good luck charm today - it finally triggered 😂 An entire year and a half in-game - all weather. Well, must have been a long but temporary hiccup. Thanks for your time 🙂
