Semeru Cannot Be Found Through Map at Afternoons During Starlet Expedition

Reproduction Steps: Proceed with the day. (IIRC I dived, visited the merfolk kingdom and gave a few presents to merfolks there if it matters) and reach the diving dock when the expedition team leave the beach. Semeru will proceed to walk here and stand here; I can talk with him and ask him out, however I could not find him on the map. I can locate Princess Miranjani and Denali.
(Edit: ok now he is back in the inn and I can find him as usual; I think it's more of an issue with the location rather than the NPC.)
Repro Rate: I *think* this happens every day since during the past few days I wasn't able to find him on the map either; but I am not 100% sure though.
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version: v1.1b-1233
Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse

I have this same issue but with Pablo Except it only happens when he leaves the blacksmith to go somewhere. I can find him on the map while he's on the way to a location but once he reaches it he disappears from the map.
