Title - glitching through the floor in the middle of my house after staying up till 2 AM in fire mines
Reproduction Steps - staying up till 2 AM in fire mines after freeing the fire giant and doing the cut scenes
Repro Rate - Only once
Game Platform - Steam
Game Version - v1 . 1b 1233
Input Mode - Keyboard and mouse

It was fixed when I started walking, just interesting that I spawned in the middle of my house and was clipping through the floor

I just now searched through the bug reports and noticed that others have had this same issue, apologies for making a duplicate post. I will note that this happened to me for the first time and I had passed out prior to this with no issues. I had also had two scenes with freeing the fire giant before this occurred at around 1:50 AM

If you'd like to continue playing in the meantime, you can try reloading a backup save to the day before and avoid passing out or staying late by:

  • Go to Settings in the game menu.
  • Change "Show Backup" to "Yes".
  • Return to the save list on the main menu.
  • Toggle on "Show Backup" at the bottom left corner of your screen.
  • Select the backup save file from the list.
