Reproduction steps: I've been trying to talk to Mark for a while but his first dialogues would be about the wind mine's opening constantly. I would chat with him later on and it would be different but sometimes the dialogue bubble would be blank as shown. Today, after completing the wind mine, I talked to him in the animal shelter.
Repro Rate: happened 2 times so far (the blank)
