legendary farmer achievement - literally everything?

i was wondering if you need to ship everything including the craftables, scavengables, furnitures

do i need to ship every quality of each? regular, bronze, silver, gold, osmium?

Is there a way to track what we have already shipped? I can find it tracks the museum, but not shipped items.
Other than having the item in your inventory already to try sell...
