Downgraded Lumina Wand

Title: Lumina Wand was downgraded from gold level to basic after using the “find my tool” function. It now cannot be upgraded to any other level since “the upgrade has already been completed”
Reproduction Steps: when I used the “find my tool function” to retrieve my Lumina wand, it retrieved a basic level instead of gold level one.
Repro Rate: happened once and now it’s stuck on basic level.
Game Platform: PS5
Game Version: v1. 1b-1232
Input Mode: PS5 controller

Same problem for me, on pc. I had My lumina wand insieme My inventory and when a woke up from the bed the lumina was disappeared. I've checked everywhere but nothing found. I used the Find My tool function one or two times before today when My wand disappeared.
