I just went to catch some bugs and when I caught them, I immediately opened the bag to check them. I caught a double bug because of my skill, so I right-clicked on a bug to move it to another slot in my bag.
I think it happened because I opened the bag and right-click on the bug too early before the bug catching animation to show that it was a new bug was finished.
