#Underwater quests restarting

Anyone else had the "One of us" quest restart for them after they've completed it? Do you know if it then starts resetting all of the underwater quests from then onwards? I don't mind redoing the first part but if it then resets all of the shipping and chaperone quests back to square one I don't know if I'll be able to stop myself launching this save into the sun
