Reproduction Steps: I play the game til evening or afternoon and then go to trivia game. I did several things in two separate runs before, like crashing geodes and artifiacts or do not crash it. The only thing I always did was lvling my Town to level C. I am on second year (my bf had the problem on first year).
At the first year I had no problems with the trivia or other minigames at all.
At the first Unreal Engine Crash I did after I finished the first 3 trivias. The second one was after I finished the first 6 trivia. So far I did not try it more times.
I also reported this on steam, but without the files.

Repro Rate: It occured 2 times to me and my bf does not even play Trivia Games on the festivals anymore because he tried it more than 2 times and everytime it happens. I stopped playing after 2 times.

I see that this got reported by others too, but I was not sure if we should post it again since in the crash reporting guidelines it is written that we should make separate posts for the crashes...while in the "Post guidelines" is written "check if alreadry reported".

By any chance, do you activate the Steam Recorder or have any videos capturing your detailed steps before the issue occur?

Well I dont, but as I said, I did not do the same steps everytime, except of the town upgrade to level C.
I can try to make one, but cannot promise the success. From what I see a lot of other peoples do have the same problem with festival minigame crashes, which did different stuff than me before.

It happens to me as well on xbox series x when doing the trivia, it works fine a few times, then suddenly crashes after the trivia completes and it should fade back to the game again.

Hello everyone! I'm sorry for the delayed response. If you still remember, can you mention which Trivia game you played before the Crash occurred? Also, did you win all the three of Trivia minigames in a row?

I know it was the middle game ones and the left ones. After that I did not try anymore.

on different stadiums btw. in the middle one, one time short after starting and one time at the end. and I think the left one was quite towards the end. btw that time I could finish the middle one and then went on to the left one - where it then crashed again

Mine always crashes if I play all three games. If I play two it seems to not crash regardless of what order I do the trivia games

Hey, is it ok if I write in here?
I'm having the same issue, when I play the Trivia in the winter festival.. after some time I get the crash.
I chose to do only the other minigames in the festival and just leave the trivia out, then went back home and ended the day so it would save, since the crash happened 2 times while doing the trivia games.
It happened a third time when I played the trivia games again.Duck_Coffee_Emoji

Also, on my first trys on the Trivia games I won the first Three or 4 minigames.

I’m having this issue and it was my first trivia game. I was doing the farm trivia. I’m in year 4.

Hi, I keep having this same issue. I played 2 times in a row and then the crash happened that 2 times I repeated the day. Then yesterday I stopped playing out of frustation that my file was not saved and all that I did went poof.

Today, I played again and then the crash happened again. Please help fix this, this is so frustrating that I can't save anytime so what I did in the game since morning all gone🥺

I'm in year 2, the date of Winter Festival is Winter 17th. I did the trivia games maybe around 4 times in a row yesterday, won them all, then the game crashes. Today I only did the trivia game 1 time for the farm type, won it, then the game crashes immediately after getting the reward.

I've just experienced this crash again even after the latest hotfix. It worked fine for the first day on winter trivia (managed to play every game on the first podium multiple times, and one on the second).
The next day I played two games on the second podium, and the game crashed after finishing the second.
