roots reappearing

The oil roots seem to reappear everytime i enter lima pulu area, Its really weird tbh
im in year 7, around summer day 7, and on steam with mouse and keyboard and with the newest updaded version of the game
hope anyone has any ideas or can help.

Hi @blazing oasis , apologies for the delayed response! By reappear every time you enter Lima Pulu area, do you mean that the oil roots would appear everywhere and eventually disappear again as long as you don't visit Lima Pulu area? Or do you mean the oil roots are only visible in that area? Thank you 😄

The only reappear for seconds, and then they go away like i just removed them, even tho i did remove them ages ago

That same think happens to me when I use the Lima Pulu waypoint. As soon as I arrive they're there and rapidly retreating. They shouldn't be there at all, so it's kinda weird. It was a glitch that seemed to have been fixed, then reappeared with a recent update.

I'm having the same thing on Xbox and XboxPC - sometimes the roots are a bit stubborn so I move around and they finally go away. Year 6 spring, summer and fall. Latest update.

Hi @tidal onyx , this is happening to me as well on PS5 v1.1b-1232. I'm not sure if this is related to the ocean achievement. Since the root is still appearing the game is still not understanding that the ocean is clean. Not sure, just wondering.

I am in my 5th year (in the game today is Spring 1st), and I have encountered the black growth again towarsd the end of my 4th year, and I don't understand why. I have already cleaned the ocean and coral sites, I have the underwater barn, etc. I am attaching a video of it, and the photo of the area where it appears (The Lima pulu cave and its surronding).
