Pickaxe was being upgraded and then the game stole it.

The only things I can think of: I was looking for my pickaxe, I went to bed to check for tools. Realized pickaxe was being upgraded to silver at Pablo's and Rafael's <3. Went on about my day. Next day, pickaxe ready. I go to blacksmith. Pickaxe no longer exists. Potentially related, the chicken and duck have also disappeared.
Repro Rate (How often does the issue occur?)
I think it was a one time thing? But my pickaxe wont come back and my animals are gone 😢
