Reproduction Steps - I thought by completing the "One of us" quest would fix this issue, but it didn't. I can't enter the store to complete the quest. I'm so sad :O(
Repro Rate It's constant, tried to reboot the game etc. Nothing is working.

Yes! It's so sad because this means the oracle is no longer a shop 😦 I already have a tail (and a thriving underwaterfarm that needs sprinklers) - open your eyes, oracle lady!😆

Thank you! The One of Us quest has popped up for a second time for me. I've already completed it a long time ago, and this disables me from accessing the waterfarm upgrading menu at the Oracle's house (it's now back at the stage of wanting me to earn a tail). I still have my previously earned tail and farm, and the subsequent quests.
