Auto-chest not working with recycling machine

• Title The auto chest will not output trash into the recycling machine. However, it will pull scrap back into the Auto chest once it is done processing in the recycling machine. So I am having to take the trash out of the auto chest, manually put it inside of the recycling machine, and the auto chest will collect the scrap that is processed. It is not fully automated the process.

• Reproduction Steps I have attempted to move the recycling machines AND the auto-chest to see if that would help. I have also tried to move them inside the shed. I have also attempted to have only one recycling machine beside the Auto chest and detached the auto chest from other Auto chests. The problem was not fixed with any of these steps

• Repro Rate this has been consistent since the last large update

• Game Platform PS5

• Game Version v1.1b-1232

• Input Mode controller

You're totally fine! It looks like you guys have a lot of people to respond to. 😅 I don't know if I can pinpoint the first time it started. But it's definitely been happening since the most recent big update. I will see if I can get a recording of it. It may just be a crappy little recording on my phone though.

Hi, thank you for sending in the video! To confirm, does the issue only happen to any recycling machine connected to auto machine? Does this mean that the auto machine can directly transfer trash to compost bin just fine?

Yes, it is all of the recycling machines that it does this with. The auto trust will not input trash into the recycling machine. I have to manually put the trash into the recycling machine, and then once it turns into compost, it will then put it into the auto chest to store. If there is trash in the auto chest, it will not start reloading the recycling machine. It will just stop all production.
