recap background have a "black bar" on 1280 x 960 resolution

as you can see in these 2 screenshots, the first one is spring and the second one is in summer, it affect on winter too

Monitor : 2560 x 1080
CPU : Intel i7 14700K
GPU : Nvidia RTX 1070 Ti
RAM : 32gb
Using SSD 1TB

Btw the game settings were using Windowed not Full Screen with 1280 x 960 resolution
