Good evening. I want to state first that I’m loving the updates. I haven’t played for a few months and it’s like all the new features are Christmas gifts!

That being said, I ran into an issue. I play Coral Island through my Xbox Series S on the Cloud Gaming library. I went to the Laboratory at a time and date that I can’t recall, I brought in a bunch of fossil nodes to have processed (over 50) and did so. I pressed the R (joystick) button and it processed all it could. I left the results screen and was back to the regular fossil node processing screen. I still had some fossil nodes remaining and I accidentally selected them. The game said to move them to the proper location for processing but I couldn’t place the nodes anywhere, I couldn’t press “B” to back out and no buttons worked. I was stuck. I ended up having to restart my Xbox. Since then, when I have tried to start the game this afternoon and evening, it does not connect and I keep getting the Disconnect notice shown in the attached image before the game ever loads.
