Then go to the giant village and get the quest, without it the savannah bridge wouldn't open.

After you freed the 4th giant, you were supposed to get a letter from the chieftain and invite you to the village. You were supposed to see a cutscene about Gort.

The letter is supposed to arrive next day after you finish the mines. Did you receive a letter and go to the village?

Go to to the 40 floor of the fire mine and sleep, and see again if you receive invitation from the giants.

So, I can't check on what day you finished the altars and reached rank A. But your save is from fall 17, on this day cutscenes are not triggered yet. But the bridge is already there, which is absent on Fall 13 (I presume date when you completed altars).
But if you sleep one more day, on Fall 18 all storylines should be happening. So just sleep one more day.

Just to summarize. MIVECxFoolCoach had trouble triggering giants storyline.
We figured out, that their game has not been updated since January and therefore is still running 1.0. And the storyline was introduced in 1.1.
After updating the game, they were able to trigger everything. No further issues. You can close the thread
