#Crashing when trying to start a new day (Unreal Engine)

I love this game so much, but due to this issue it is making it really hard to play the game due to the fact I can't progress further from it. I can go back to saved days, like fall 20 or 22, and play just fine but as soon as I get to day 23 the issue comes back. I can sleep fine in a different world, but I really just want to continue my first world.

Reproduction Steps: Fall 23 of year 2, anytime I sleep or try to move to the next day I have an unreal engine crash. This happens when I sleep, faint, or just stay out too long.
Repro Rate: Every time I sleep, no matter what happens

To help us assist you better, could you share the crash log code you received when the game crashed? You can access it by copying and pasting this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes. Once there, filter the files by date to find the most recent one and send the .xml file here

Thanks for sharing the crash log! We've checked the code and it matches an issue reported here: https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1318020835566551110. This crash happens when an indoor wall decoration is placed where stairs will appear after your house upgrade (see the attached image for the location) 😄

To prevent the crash, please remove the wall decoration before sleeping on the night before the house upgrade is completed. Once the upgrade is done, you can safely rearrange your wall decorations. We hope this helps while the team works on a fix goatlove2
