Hey I keep trying to trigger Noah’s 3 heart event at fishensips but it’s not working even though I go at the right time. Any ideas?

@leaden scaffold Did you get the quest for bring the 2 flowers at the tavern? Did you see the 1 heart event? Do you have "heart event" on Noah at the relationship panel that tells you where to go at what time?
