Windowed and borderless resolution has only one option

Reproduction Steps: Set to windowed mode or borderless and try to adjust resolution
Repro Rate: always
Game Platform: Steam PC
Game Version: v1.1b-1233
Input Mode: KB/M and Controller

It's locked to 1280x720 and my monitor is 5120x1440 super ultrawide, so I either have to let it take the entire screen or be a tiny window, making it almost unplayable. Borderless ONLY shows the full monitor resolution with no other settings available

The only display mode that has resolution options is full screen which just stretches it across the entire monitor

The team has checked this and confirmed that this is the intended design when playing on a 5120 x 1440 monitor, as that is the maximum resolution for this setup. 🖥️✨
