NPC keep talking about "Guardian Mural" even after saving the game the next day

Happens after the v1.1b-1233 update, this affect every npc in town (except merfolk) such as rafael, suki, pablo, etc

Reproduction Steps :

1. after updating the game reload save file
2. talking to npc (showing the guardian mural convo)
3. save the game
4. the next day talking to the same npc, npc keep talking about the guardian mural

Oh and another bug that when i talk to mark he showed 0 hearts while i already maxed his heart as u can see in this video, some of the npc are affected

i finished the guardian mural offering on v1.1b-1231 and then after updating to v1.1b-1233, almost all npc keep talking about it
