Supporting mods would greatly alleviate the impatience of players who are dealing with bugs the devs haven't gotten to yet. It's also one of the main things I'm looking forward to in the game, and has apparently been removed from the newest roadmap. When will mod support be available?

The devs do intend to support mods, but since it's not on the roadmap yet, my best guess is they won't be supported until the game is as closed to finished as possible

There’s been another hotfix since the hotfix that broke the mods that made them work again. However, they are not supported and if your game breaks you shouldn’t report any bugs.

Yeah, it's other people reporting bugs with their base games. I just usually check in to see if something IS a bug, a feature, or a Me-Problem.

That's frustrating. I remember it was planned to be much earlier on an older roadmap, before the legal nonsense.
