#Arcane merfolk tail issue

I don't think so, for fps to drop it usually fog and contact shadows, or bloom lights, etc. The tail doesn't seem like heavy particles effect nor it has collision, more like a flat plane with animated texture, and the lights come from it doesn't cast shadow nor bounce/reflected light significantly.
My PC is also old but can run games like RDR2 with no problem, but the underwater does lag especially if you go to the merfolk kingdom and near the exit, so the lag possibly due to load/unload maps.
Tbh, I feel the game itself isn't very optimize, but aren't sure if it actually from Unreal Engine itself ||(there are reports that UE 5.5 isn't optimize and the programmers ignore users feedback, suspect that it's a monopoly to buy newer hardware)||
