Fish Pop-up Won't Fully Fade Away

I got a cod from a trashcan and the small popup above my character got stuck in this transparent state. This is the first time I've experienced this issue. *Forgot to mention but the pop up did go away after reopening my file.
Game - Steam, Ver. 1.1b-1232, I play on keyboard and mouse

I'm trying to get a recording of it rn but it seems that getting the fish pop up right before a cutscene triggers causes the pop up to get stuck on the screen if it hadn't faded completely prior.

I had gotten a fish from the trashcan next to Sam's store and then immediately triggered his 2 heart scene. The pop up didn't start to fade yet so once the cutscene ended the box remained on the screen until I reloaded the save.

I hope this is somewhat helpful while I try to replicate it in recording

This has happened to me several times as well, when getting fish from trash cans, but with no heart events as any explanation for why it would persist. If it happens again I'll take screencaps.

It happened to me (Steam/PC/Controller/newest non-MP-beta-version) today as well. I got the fish from the trashcan in front of the smithy and immediately entered the smithy building. It stayed the whole time until I restarted the game.

Sadly I didn't catch the persistent fish pop up in a recording because I've always waited for the popup to go away before I do anything and so far it's always gone away. And this time I could have sworn I had waited before entering Frank and Erika's house for a heart scene, but maybe I didn't. When I exited the house after the scene the fish popup was there and is staying there. This was Erika's 2 heart event and the fish came from the trash can next to their house.

I did two more heart scenes after, went to sleep and the popup is still there the next day. I exited to title and opened it again and it was finally gone.
