Uh, it was just the basic auto chests werent dispensing. I could try to replicate it, it mainly took all my Osmium Kelp and Glass when i tried to automate it from one of the chests.

Uh, so I was trying to automate kelp extract. So basically just putting an extractor on my automation line that had about 4 other types of machines on it as well for other artisan goods. Then after I put my Osmium kelp and Glass in the chest I saved and restarted my game. When I got back all my kelp and glass were gone.
