Auto Collector and Petter disappeared in Barn but still in Coop

My auto collector and petter disappeared in the barn but it seems like it is still there but invisible because I can't milk my cow. For some reason, I can still pet the animals though. Normally, I would just make a new one but I can't get the products from my animals due to the collector somehow still being in the barn.

In the attached video, the collector and feeder is right near the door where I circled with my cursor at the end. I have the collector and petter there for days and there were no issues prior so I'm not sure what happened.

I've tried restarting the game but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. This is being played on Steam PC, game version v1.1b-1232, and I like to switch between mouse and keyboard, and controller.

Oh! I did redesign the barn and I think that might have caused the bug? But I also resigned the coop as well but the collector is still there. I’ve never had any collectors or petters disappear before this incident.

I see! The team is aware of the issue that makes the Auto Machines disappear after Redesigning the barn or coop. We're actively working on fixing it. Hopefully, it will get fixed soon so the Auto Machine can work normally.

I had the same issue today. My auto collector vanished after I redesign my barn.

It just happened to me, I'm playing on PS5. I lost my auto collectors from my barns 😦

Any update on this? I saw this bug was posted over a month ago on steam, and it’s hard to want to continue to play when I have over 100k in animals I can’t get produce from. It’s making me want to stop playing, and I really wanted to fully finish this game 😭

If you move your mouse over the area where the collector should be, can you still get the popup to open it? I have a similar issue in my underwater barn, where my collector appears to have moved, but I can still open it from its original location.

I’ve tried that, and I’ve tried hitting every spot in my barn hopping it’ll drop the collector so I can place it again. It’s nowhere to be found but somehow still linked to my animals

Same I’ve hit every spot in my barn and even put a collector back in the same spot it was and nothing … having to make a whole new barn and move all the animals is the other “fix” I saw someone say online—- but that doesn’t sit right w me— I’m saving money for other stuff in game

Does it for sure work and they reproduce after you move them out the bugged barn? I don’t want to try it and waste the money if not 😭

Yea everything is working perfectly fine now! I wasted money but I’m glad I did to make sure my barn is good now
