"Object being used by other player" message while on solo

Title - Year 1 Fall 14/15 My sister was trying to mine a fallen Satellite but it comes up saying "Object is being used by other player" She was playing solo not multiplayer.
Reproduction Steps - Been playing as normal for over an hour this is her first fallen satellite.
Repro Rate - Tried coming off the game and back on but still having same message appear.
Game Platform - Steam Pc
Game Version - v 1.1b-1232
Input Mode - KBM
