It’s been a month since I last played CL, and I only needed 66 points to level up to City A rank. Yesterday, I updated the new version of Coral Island on my Xbox S. Today, I opened the game and got a message saying I ranked up to City A, but nothing happened, and my rank in the library is showing as City F instead. What should I do?

It can take a few days to get all the cut scenes. They’ve changed the points needed to make it easier to get to rank A. You can see the order in this post: #1283467432178221167 message
The town rank F is a visual but the devs are aware of.
