Hi I got a notification saying hotsprings is now open but when I go there it is blocked by vines! Anyone knows how to fix it or how to actually unlock the area?

Bath house is accessible its anything above that that isnt

Because that isn't hot spring. This side of the island will open with more offerings.
In the bath house building is the hot spring as what you saw in the cutscene.
Go inside and further down.
