Heart-related trophies not working (PS5)

• Title Hi everyone. I have the following problem: The heart-dependent trophies aren't working
• Reproduction Steps "Let's Be Platonic" worked. Unfortunately, Good Friends and Popular Newcomer didn’t, even though the requirements are met. Even after several in-game weeks and gaining more hearts, nothing has happened.
• Game Platform PlayStation 5
• Game Version v1.1b-1232
• Input Mode Controller

Hi Rachma.Thank you for your reply. Attached is a video of the in-game badges. I was able to achieve the accomplishment there, but the trophy did not unlock.

@torn socket , No, I haven’t obtained any new trophies since the update. The last one I unlocked was "Stylemaker" on November 1st.

The objectives for the "The Best of Friends" trophy were completed yesterday (December 19th), and for "It’s A Date!" on December 18th, both after the update, but the trophies did not unlock.
I don’t remember exactly when I completed the objectives for the "Popular Newcomer" trophy.

Hi @torn socket, I received the two in-game badges for "Good Friends" and "Popular Newcomer" before the update, and the two badges for "Best of Friends" and "It's a Date" after the update v1.1b-1232. However, unfortunately, none of the four trophies were triggered.
