I keep getting an inventory full prompt while I'm playing when my inventory isn't full and it still lets me pick up the items.

I kept getting that as well, for me it helped by just exiting to the title screen and loading back in

it's a bit of a hit and miss thing. I've had it a couple of times now 🙂

I think it's a bug. When my inventory WAS full and I emptied it, it would continue showing the message that my inventory was full. Maybe there's a bug report for this? :>

Yeah I had the same and then on top of that, i couldnt pick my stuff up when i had space zz
