Achievement came through in-game and on Steam when sleeping winter 28 of year 1. There are at least a dozen crops I haven't shipped.

Hello @viscid fjord! Thank you for sharing this to us. Do you remember what crops that you've shipped on that day before the achievement unlocked?
Also, can you send your SaveGames folder in a zip file here so we can check it too?
You can find it by copy-paste this file path to the File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

Unfortunately I'm not sure which crops I shipped that day. I believe something was ready in the greenhouse that I hadn't gotten yet (possibly a pineapple or soybean, but I'm not confident about this), so unfortunately it could be from any season. I had also started my underwater farm so it's possible it was a marinip or twinshade sealeaf.
I had shipped 56 different crops (missing 18), and 2-4 of the ocean crops at the time of the achievement.
