Stuck after the opening of the community center

Reproduction steps: Its the 28th of fall. I teleport to the woodlands, and walk towards the old pufferfish building the opening scene happens and ends normally. I am dropped near Eva's bakery, I leave the building. The game flashes like I'm going outside the building but I'm back inside except everything is black except my ui is normal and I can open the menus, plus the npc are moving around like normal.
Repro Rate: So far it's happened twice and I've reloaded the game. Just did it a 3rd time this time closing out of the game completely and it still happens...

Attempted a 4th time this time avoiding the area. Did daily stuff and then waited for the Halloween festival to start on the beach.
The event starts, once the intro to the event ends the community center event starts.
This time I was able to leave the center but was locked out of the festival, thinking maybe I could either go home or find another way in I walked around went pass the temple area that looked odd? got over to where the hot spring was and there was no hot spring just an empty area and there I got stuck on nothing? and restarted my game.
