So I finished the crop altar I already got the cutscene where the greenhouse was built but, apparently when I checked it in the morning the greenhouse wasn't there.
I'm playing with steamdeck.

Hiya hiya @fervent forum. Can you share your save file and backup with us?
Your save file is most likely stored in the 'compatdata' directory. The file path is: /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata.
From there, you will see lots of folder with random number. Coral Island folder should have the code number '1158160'.
Enter that folder, into the pfx folder, then drive_c folder, then follow this path: Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames to find your save file!
The backup is inside the Backup folder 🙂

Unfortunately, when we tested it on our end, the issue didn’t occur, and the greenhouse appeared normally 
Do you remember what activities you were doing on the day you completed the Crop altars? It’s possible one of your activities triggered the issue! 😮

I'm not sure, perhaps becoming a mermaid and then being gifted the sea farming ability by Cho Oyu? So what should I do?
I did skip the cutscene if I remember correcrly when there's flower magic thingy when I go to sleep
