Blackbox glitch

I had the game on pause and came back to this black box on my screen only happens in game I have attached pictures and video of it and how it looks with just discord up I am playing g on steam pc

it did it one more time but then the game crashed and when i restarted it fixed itself it was an unreal engine crash
