Pet Missing - Can Only See Their Shadow

I have a bit of an odd bug with Luna the Fox. I adopted her in game a while ago with no issues. However, after the Animal Festival in Summer (Yr 2) and competing with her in the race, she "disappeared." I can't remember if it was immediately after the festival or the next day, but I haven't been able to see her since. It's been a few days in game and I still can't see her. I can, however, still see her shadow and interact with her by approaching their shadow, so she isn't fully gone. I just can't actually see her. (v1.1b-1231)

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any suggestions?

You can just reload the game after sleeping and your pet will reappear. It’s a bug that’s been reported so they are working on it.

I had this issue for several days, then I went in the animal shelter then back home and they reappeared
