Exact same thing just happened to me.
I just fully healed the coal tree, unlocked the bamboo sanctuary and my green house.
I'm on PC

It happened to me too, very strange bug, I had to force quit (Alt + F4) the game since it was just stuck on the "Waiting for other players" screen like that

I had the same message on Winter 1, had to force quit - my greenhouse build had just triggered and now on reload it isn't there. It's now Winter 17 and the greenhouse altar is marked as unlocked but hasn't been built

For me, restarting the game after force quitting it fixed it. I got the cutscenes again etc

I had the same problem, but I solved it easily, what made me happier is that they are working on multiplayer.🥹 🇧🇷
